(Read all of the former Player starting points as this role can coincide with any of them. The key difference is this role comes with potential memories of the city before it became Last Chance.  Admin approval required for Citizen)

 

You were born here, may have been raised here, and left long before it was Last Chance City, though you can't say you think too much on those days.  It's easier to move forward, head down, survive, and maybe find a slice of joy or happiness. Whether you left as a child or an adult, one thing is for certain - the city you left behind was far different than how it is now. Whether it was two days ago or two months that you arrived on the subway, suddenly waking up in your hometown with no memories was as jarring to you as the world going to shit in the first place had been.  If your memories return, however, the deja vu starts to make sense as you walk around the city that was once your home.  You'll know that the city used to have no walls but you have no idea where they came from.  You know the city provides for you.  You know of the drops, the factions around you, how you survived yesterday, and the knowledge to never bet on surviving today while you are struggling through your last chance.

**Note - You may be born in the city and have memories of growing up in the pre-shockwave city. You were not in the city itself when it was turned into Last Chance City, however. At that time, any remaining residents were killed. If you have chosen that your character didn't get to the city through the subway but rather through the opening in the wall then you would not be a resident or citizen. Please read and choose from New Arrival or Resent Arrival.
