Rentals
Are you looking for a place where you can put down your own things? How about a location to bring back someone you’ve just met, kidnapped, or both?! Below you will find out some information on the rentals we have for offer. If you wish to see them for yourself in person before deciding on renting or not you need only go to the main SIM and enter the tunnel at the end of the freeway. That tunnel will take you to our rental platform. If you can’t find the tunnel just IM an Admin and we can show you or pass you a landmark. Yes, RP is absolutely allowed on this level both in and out of your home. We are limiting one home per person. If you find the land impact to be lower than what you’d like we do offer extra prim rentals. What this means is you can rent up to two (max) additional ‘extra prim’ boxes. Each box is an additional 30 land impact.

Houses
So, you want a house and not a trailer? You’ll be the envy of Last Chance City. Each house is 90 land impact for 180 lindens a week. We have six different style houses in the rentals area. They are a first come first serve basis only. No, we will not switch out your house type for another house type. Sorry for the inconvenience. We do not offer refunds so please be careful when renting any home that it is in fact the one you want. If you’d like more than 90 land impact for your home you can rent ‘extra prim’. Those are 30 land impact per ‘extra prim’ box. You may rent a maximum of two.

Trailers
Screw houses, you want a trailer! Each trailer is 30 land impact for 60 lindens a week. We have five different trailers in the rentals area. They are a first come first serve basis only. No, we will not switch out your trailer type for another trailer type. Sorry for the inconvenience. We do not offer refunds so please be careful when renting any trailer that it is in fact the one you want. If you’d like more than 30 land impact for your trailer you can rent ‘extra prim’. Those are 30 land impact per ‘extra prim’ box. You may rent a maximum of two.

What comes after you looking at the rentals and decide you like one? IM an Admin and we can show you where the rental boxes are and unlock one for you. The same goes for any ‘extra prim’ boxes you may wish to rent. All boxes are LOCKED so you must ask an Admin for assistance. If all the rentals are taken, or the rental you really want is taken, you can be put on a waitlist if you like and we’ll contact you once it becomes available.
