1) Anything you rez out needs to be in theme for the SIM. That means it needs to be urban. No sci-fi, no gorean paga barrels, etc.

 

2) Yes, you may decorate the outside of your house as well but just like rule 1, they need to be in theme.

 

3) If someone comes into your house and you don’t want them there, IM them and ask them to leave. If they won’t leave you may IM an Admin and we will remove them.

 

4) No refunds for any rent paid.

 

5) If you wish to move into a house that’s already taken please IM an Admin and we’ll put you on a waitlist for that house.

 

6) If you wish to transfer from one house to another house (and no one is renting it at the time) we can transfer you. However, you may only be transferred to a new house once.

 

7) Please, no shouting while in the residential area. This includes gestures as they travel great distances.

 

8) Please, no rezzing out items that make a lot of noise. If we have too many noise complaints, we will ask you to remove the item that is causing it. If you are not online we may return it to you.

 

9) No animesh items of any kind. This includes animals and babies. Yes, they are cute and awesome, but they contribute to a lot of lag. If you have stationary non-moving non-animesh animals you may use those.

 

10) If you want additional prims to the allowed amount of either 30 or 90 you may rent up to two additional ‘extra prim’ boxes. Each ‘extra prim’ box is 30 LI per box. Msg an Admin to unlock them for you.

 

11) If you are late more than 48 hours you are automatically evicted. Once you are evicted your items will be returned to you and the house/trailer will be put up for rent.
